This lab is designed for network engineers who support routing environments and have a desire to capture packets in those environments. The tools covered in this lab include Embedded Packet Capture, Packet Trace (Cisco IOS XE), and Flexible NetFlow. Capturing packets in both the control plane and data plane will be covered. This lab is a companion to the material covered in the breakout session "Overview of Packet Capturing Tools in Cisco Switches and Routers" (BRKTRS-2811). This lab is intended to provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a few of the tools that are covered during that session.
