LABSP-1581 - MPLS Segment Routing Introduction
Proctors | Igarashi Andrea | Ristic Goran | Wheeler Joel |
Segment Routing (SR) allows a node to steer a packet through a controlled set of instructions, called "segments." Segment is an identifier for any type of instruction, such as service, context, and IGP-based forwarding constructs. This lab will cover the basics of MPLS-SR and showcase how each router and link has a unique associated segment identifier. These segment IDs will direct the data along the specified path.
