Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers encompass powerful capabilities for problem detection and gathering diagnostic information. Wireless automation tools complement the product by consuming the outputs from the wireless controllers and providing detailed analysis both to remediate and proactively prevent wireless network problems. This lab aims to provide hands-on experience of leveraging wireless automation tools to troubleshoot scenarios encountered in actual Cisco TAC cases. Participants will get familiarity with tools such as: Wireless Config Analyzer Engine (WCAE) Wireless Debug Analyzer WiFi-Hawk.
