In the Cisco SD-WAN solution, the overlay network is controlled by the Overlay Management Protocol (OMP). All the routes are advertised and learned via OMP. Depending on the network topology, some routes might be advertised from multiple routers. In this session, attendees will understand how the OMP operates, the algorithm behind it, and how to tune OMP parameters to influence the overlay routing of the network (for example, how to configure backup paths).
