As an increasing number of customers consider the transition from on-premises to cloud solutions, this lab emphasizes the simplicity of designing and configuring a dial-plan between Cisco Webex Calling and Cisco On-Premises solutions. The lab offers attendees practical, hands-on experience in designing and configuring dial-plans in Cisco Webex Calling, including premises-based PSTN, as well as insights into call routing verification techniques. Attendees will be guided step by step through the design and creation of different dial-plans within Control Hub from the ground up for various scenarios. Throughout the session, they will become familiar with different elements such as registration-based trunks, route groups, translation patterns, and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) acting as the Local Gateway for PSTN calls.
