In this hands-on lab, you'll learn essential configuration steps, including: 1. Setting up Webex Calling Local Gateway (LGW) Trunk for seamless cloud and on-premises connectivity, 2. Enabling CUCM for Cloud Connected UC to enable certificate management, analytics, telemetry and troubleshooting from Control Hub, 3. deploying Test-to-Speech (TTS) announcement and Auto Attendant for both Webex Calling and on-premise CUCM users, 4. Using Customer Assist for call queue management, agent, and supervisor functionalities for your on-prem helpdesk teams. A basic understanding of Cisco calling solutions is recommended to get the most from this lab.
