This lab introduces Autonomous Webex AI Agents, which use machine learning to analyze data, adapt, and deliver accurate responses by accessing knowledge repositories and performing API-based queries. Participants will configure AI agents in Webex AI Agent Studio, explore their use in voice and chat flows, and learn how AI enhances customer experiences through automation. By the end, participants will be equipped to set up AI agents capable of understanding inquiries and providing relevant solutions.
