Webex Connect offers a rich self-service and AI-bot integration that allows the Contact Center business and its customers to interact using digital channels such as Email, Live Chat, SMS, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. This hands-on lab will help guide the participants through each of the steps needed to seamlessly implement Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp digital channels in their Contact Center Enterprise environment (UCCE, PCCE and Webex CCE).
