This hands-on lab guides participants through deploying and configuring Autonomous Cisco Webex AI Agent within Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 15.0. Attendees will learn to automate customer interactions, enhance experience, and reduce human agent workload by leveraging the Webex AI Agent platform. The lab covers creating and configuring Autonomous Cisco Webex AI Agent, and integrating them with voice channels using Cloud Connect and Call Studio. Participants will configure Virtual Agent Voice elements to enable dynamic, multi-turn conversations with customers.
