This session provides an overview of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent Assistant and its key components, including the AI Agent Summary, AI Agent Transcripts, and the Agent Caller system. The AI Agent is designed to interact with contact center customers, processing input and generating relevant responses based on its training and capabilities. The AI Agent Assistant document the interaction logs between the AI Agent and the customer calling the Contact Center, providing detailed insights into the agent's decision-making processes and output. Attendees will be able to learn, implement, test and troubleshoot these AI Agent Assistant Functionalities.
