Webex Contact Center APIs enable programmatic access to the Webex CC platform to customize, fine-tune, and construct WxCC-based customer engagement applications and solutions. In this session, you will be introduced to the WxCC developer portal, get hands-on with a test application that makes use of the APIs, and use the Chrome Postman tool to import and manage it. In addition, you will be presented with some common WxCC API use cases where you will learn how to download WxCC recordings via APIs and add, modify or delete address book entries.
