This lab session is an intermediate level session intended for engineers with prior Webex Contact Center (WxCC) experience. The WxCC APIs enable you to access the WxCC platform programmatically to customize, fine tune and build the solution. An explanation of the WxCC APIs fundamentals will be provided and you will learn how to implement most of the WxCC services via APIs through first hand lab exercises. Upon completion of this lab, you will be able to: • Get familiar with Developers portal and Postman. • Learn WxCC APIs • Configure and Implement WxCC via APIs • Obtain WxCC information via APIs. • Import APIs in Postman
