This is an XDR Automation beginner lab, in this lab we will introduce you to the orchestrator, its main features and capabilities. We will also be creating a generic workflow to show case what Automation can do. The goal here is for you to understand the orchestrator and workflow building blocks in general. We will not focus on specific security use-cases in this lab but rather on the features, capabilities, and functionality present in the Automation component of XDR. This will show that Automation can be used for all things security and for things outside of the security space too! Everything in this lab will be done under the Automate sub-menu in XDR. Included with this lab guide is a PowerPoint based training supplement. Feel free to use it or refer to it if you have questions or reach out to a proctor.
